ArcMotion Gear provides a one-year limited warranty to the original purchaser for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the delivery date.
Covered
Coverage applies to a verified manufacturing defect arising during normal household use consistent with product instructions. Our remedy, at our option, is repair where practical, replacement with the same or a reasonably equivalent item, or refund of the purchase price.
Not covered
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, cosmetic change that does not affect function, misuse, overextension, improper storage, unauthorized modification, commercial or institutional use unless expressly approved, accidental damage, failure to inspect equipment, or damage caused by heat, sunlight, moisture, sharp objects, pets or unsuitable surfaces.
Elastic equipment
Elastic components naturally wear over time. Inspect bands, seams, handles and connection points before every use and replace equipment showing cracks, thinning, deformation, fraying or damaged connections. Never stretch beyond the product instructions.
Making a claim
Email support@arcmotiongear.com with the order number, product, description of the issue and clear photographs or video. We may request the item be returned and will provide instructions when required.
Legal rights
This limited warranty gives specific legal rights. You may have additional rights that vary by state. We do not exclude implied warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded; where permitted, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty.
