2. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from service providers involved in payments, fraud prevention, hosting, communications, shipping and customer support.
3. How we use information
- Provide the website, accounts, cart, checkout and customer support.
- Process payments, accept or decline orders, deliver products, issue refunds and administer returns or warranty requests.
- Send transactional notices about orders, security and policy updates.
- Send marketing communications when permitted and honor unsubscribe choices.
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents and technical problems.
- Maintain business, tax, accounting, dispute and legal records.
- Understand and improve site performance, products and customer experience when the applicable consent or other legal basis exists.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to hosting and security providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention services, shipping carriers and fulfillment providers, email and support providers, professional advisers, analytics or advertising providers you authorize, corporate transaction participants, and public authorities when legally required. These parties receive only information reasonably needed for their role.
5. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
ArcMotion Gear does not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising technology that constitutes “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under an applicable state privacy law, you may opt out through the Privacy Center or Cookie Settings. Where legally required, we also recognize browser-based Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary technologies support security, login, cart, checkout and consent records. Optional analytics and marketing categories are controlled through Cookie Settings. See our Cookie Policy for category details and browser controls.
7. Data retention
We retain order and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment and generally up to seven years for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal purposes. Account information is kept while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Support communications are generally kept for up to two years, security logs for up to twelve months, and marketing records until you unsubscribe or the information is no longer needed. Longer retention may apply when required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state and whether a particular law applies to us, you may have rights to know or access personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.
California residents may also request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, business purposes and categories of recipients. We extend practical access, correction and deletion request channels to all U.S. customers even when a state statute does not require it.
